Rates & Insurance

Therapy Rates: 

50 min |  $125

Case management phone support |  $25 per 15 min

 

Payment:

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. I use an app called Ivy Pay where you can store your credit card or HSA/FSA card for quick and convenient payments.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Late cancellations and no-show appointments restrict my ability to use that time to see another client. For this reason, I require at least 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and No-shows will result in a $50 fee.

In-Network Insurance

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and CT Medicaid (Husky)

Prior to our first meeting, I would recommend you reach out to your insurance provider to inquire about your eligibility/benefits. Helpful questions to ask may be:

  1. What are my in-network behavioral health benefits?

  2. What will be my cost per session (e.g. deductible, copayment, coinsurance)?

  3. Are behavioral health services applied toward my deductible? If so, how much of my deductible has been met?

 

Out-of-Network Insurance

If you have another insurance provider and are interested in my services, you can contact your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement policy. Helpful questions to ask may be:

  1. Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits?

  2. Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, how much is it and how much has been met?

  3. What is my out-of-network reimbursement rate per session?

  4. Are there limitations based on length of session (45 vs 60 minutes)?

  5. How many sessions are covered per year?

  6. What documentation will I need from my therapist in order to file for reimbursement?
